The main objective here is to rapidly improve the skill level of the user community at our clients. Serve Consulting provides rapid skill improvement using a combination of Computer Based Training (CBT) and traditional instructor led classes. The CBT approach has been proven worldwide to be cost effective and also achieves quick and measurable results.

Computer Based Training (CBT)

We develop and deploy basic courses across the implemented SAP modules to ensure that users are equipped with basic SAP skills. The CBT forms the foundation on which more advance training is built in order to gain competence.

Instructor-Led training

We appreciate that while the CBT approach is cost effective and easy to deploy, certain courses are best presented using the traditional instructor led approach. Courses in this category are developed and deployed to address the business requirements of the various users.

Standard SAP Training

Standard SAP courses provide deep knowledge of the generic SAP system beyond project specific training. The knowledge gained from these standard SAP courses will lead to expert knowledge of the system. We believe that users within our clients organisation require such to enable the organisation fully exploit the functionality of SAP.

These courses are available as scheduled courses at the SAP Academy. They can also be customized and delivered by Serve Consulting on our client site.
